Can I frame these prints myself?

Certainly! We offer unframed prints, allowing you to personalize the final look and feel of your artwork. Simply select "no frame" when adding the piece to your basket.

Can I customize the frame for a fee?

Currently, we only offer custom framing for customers in Singapore. Reach out to us via the contact page to get a custom-sized frame.

What materials are your frames made from?

All our frames are crafted from wood and assembled by hand for each individual piece.

Are your prints glossy or matte?

All our prints are produced on premium artist-grade paper, boasting exceptional color and gallery-like quality.

Returns & Cancellations

What is your return policy?

Since each piece is custom printed, mounted, and framed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns.

Can I exchange my piece for a different size?

All sales are final, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges as each piece is custom-made to order.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellations and order changes must be made within 2 hours of the original purchase. Once the framing process begins, we are unable to make adjustments.
